Home rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. No animals on beds strictly anywhere. When leaving, lock the front door by holding the pound button for 10 seconds. Please take out all garbage to the outside garbage container, and please leave it on the side of the road before leaving property, or on wednesday night, if staying, it gets picked up on thursdays. Please be respectful to the property, when leaving please turn off all lights and appliances and AC to off. No Smoking inside the property. NO FOOD, NO GREASE, NO FEMININE PRODUCTS IN DRAIN Do not throw food or grease into kitchen drain. Please pour all food and grease into garbage. If there is a liquid grease, please pour it into the back right toilet, Please do not throw feminine products into toilets. If you pour food into drains or feminine products, there will be a charge of $200 to clean the drain, which is the absolute minimum that plumbers charge to clean the drain. PET POLICY There is a limit of 2 Pets per stay, and Pet must be Declared before check in, and a fee of $75 per pet per stay must be paid in addition to booking fees, prior to check in. and if pet is being brough in, guest must bring pet mats, and under NO circumstances pets shall lie on beds.
